Due to the intimate nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on entire boxes or individual items, even if they are unused. This is a promise we make to all our customers so that every Good Ember product you receive is brand new and has never been handled or reshipped.

We do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 14-day replacement policy for defective items. While rare, manufacturing defects can happen, and we take them seriously.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the form below. Include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos showing:

• Any visible defects or damage

• Shipping or packaging issues

• Incorrect sizes or missing items

Once reviewed, our team will assess your claim and do our best to resolve the matter quickly, including replacement of the affected item(s) when applicable.

Please note that we cannot issue replacements or credits for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care or storage.
